We hope you'll love your ELÀTELI piece. If for any reason it isn't right, we're here to help.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at elatelistudio@gmail.com, quoting your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Return conditions

Returned items must be:

• unworn and unwashed;
• in their original condition;
• with all original tags attached;
• returned in their original packaging.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the transaction.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect order, please contact us at elatelistudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
