MADE TO ORDER
At ELÀTELI, each piece is carefully handcrafted in Africa, following a made-to-order model.
This approach allows us to minimize textile waste, ensure responsible production, and offer garments with greater attention to detail.
The estimated shipping time is between 1 to 2 weeks from the confirmation of the order.
This timeframe includes: tailoring, finishing, quality control, and preparation for shipment.
Custom Adjustments
To provide a perfectly tailored silhouette, customers have the option to send us their measurements by email after placing an order.
This enables us to adjust the garment to their body shape, where possible, while respecting the original design of the piece.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Exchanges are accepted in case of manufacturing defects or sizing issues, except for pieces with custom adjustments and subject to feasibility.
Returns are only accepted for customers residing in Île-de-France, within 14 days of receiving the order.
For other locations, as the pieces are made to order, no returns will be accepted unless the error is on our part.

The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

It must be sent back in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Discounted, personalized, or made-to-measure items are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

Processing & Shipping Time

Tracking & Delivery
Orders are shipped via DHL, a recognized international carrier known for its speed and reliability.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email to monitor your order in real time.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Once the order is handed over to DHL, responsibility for transportation lies with the carrier.
ELÀTELI cannot be held liable for delays, losses, or damages occurring during transport.
In case of an issue, customers are advised to contact DHL directly using the provided tracking number.
ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
Once the order has been confirmed, it can be canceled or modified within 24 hours by contacting elatelistudio@gmail.com
After this period, production begins, and no cancellation or modification can be processed.
